What is LITELOK X1 made of?
LITELOK X1 is built with Barronium™, a patent-pending anti-angle grinder material that is applied as a permanently fused composite armour, providing maximum cut resistance and protection from angle grinder attacks. The Barronium™ layer repels angle grinder discs.
The X range comprises of three layers of protection:
1. A fine-grain, hardened high-tensile steel core providing inner strength against multiple tool attacks

What is the warranty?
LITELOK X1 is sold with a 3 year warranty to provide peace of mind and covers mechanical or operational faults through normal usage. The warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear. It is important to register your lock and keys with us so that in the event that you lose your keys, replacements can be ordered.

The lock is so light considering the abuse it can withhold! Fits snuggly over the front tyre of my Superduke and room to slide a big chain through to an anchor point.

I am very happy with the Litelok X1. I was concerned that it may not fit the bike as I have an electric bike with a slightly oversized frame but I am able to secure the bike through the rear wheel and frame, then use another lock with a cable to secure the bike to a railing or lamppost. I bought a reduced marked lock to save a little bit of money and I can’t see where the blemish is and the lock works perfectly so overall I am very happy with it.

Initially I thought, it’s Not light but I suppose it has to be of a certain weight for it to do its job.
It fits neatly under the seat of my VFR800 motorbike so it’s not a hassle to store.
I still use a cover and the lock when I am away as I think it is the best protection overnight.

The true test of a lock is when someone tries to steal the bike, so I can't comment on that aspect of performance yet. But so far so good. The lock is doing a good job in my shed! The BSB defect is certainly not a problem to its ability to lock my bike! The frame mount is pretty good - in two rides it has been secure and quiet, by far the best d-lock mount I've ever had. I'm happy with it so far

+ it's really solid. Can't imagine needing more for my e-bike
+ it's easy to lock and unlock: I like not having to fiddle too much with the key
+ if somehow the handle was cut, the design prevents it from being rotated, and it's very beefy. So you would need to make at least 2 cuts to get it off. Haven't tried to cut it yet though ;)
