CAN I BUY A LITELOK FROM A PHYSICAL SHOP?
Yes. LITELOK products are also available in selected retail stores across the UK, USA, Germany and many more.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
We accept the following:

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I’VE MADE A PAYMENT?
You will receive an email from hello@litelok.com, confirming the order you’ve placed with us. The confirmation email contains important information such as your order number, order details and shipping address. Please keep this email safe.

Once the order has been dispatched, you'll receive another email from us informing you of this. If you are based in the UK, this email will contain your tracking information with FedEx (our UK couriers).

If you are based outside of the UK, you will receive an email from DHL (our Worldwide couriers) with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

Once your item is out for delivery, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code from FedEx. Please go here and enter your tracking code to check the status of your delivery.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER IN THE EU / EEA REGION?
We deliver to all countries in the EU / EEA, that being: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

No, you do not have to pay any customs duty / import tax if you live in an EU / EEA country as we will ship your product from our EU distribution centre.

Will I have to pay any customs duty / import tax to ship it to the U.S.
Generally, no. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have raised the value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day, that generally may be imported free of duties and taxes, up to $800. Packages whose declared value is under $800 ($100 if being sent as a gift to someone other than the purchaser) will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP.  You can read about it here. Which countries do you deliver to?
Almost every country in the world with the exception of the Russia, China and Israel - apologies but we have experienced a number of problems in the past shipping to these countries.

Will I have to pay any customs duty / import tax?
Yes you may have to pay customs duty or import tax depending on the regulations of your country. Please note that the payment of any customs duty / import tax is the responsibility of the customer.
