It's always a good idea to have extra keys for your lock. It takes months to get the keys made and sent to the USA after receiving the lock. I recommend ordering them both together. Happily the extra keys both work in the lock.

The spare keys I.had ordered for my X1 lock did not arrive, I emailed Litelok and was told the keys were dispatched but the courier had no record of the order being scanned,. They apologised and reordered the keys again for me with their manufacturer, which I received.
It's when things go wrong that make or break a company, so when I need another lock like the X3, I will be placing my order with Litelok, as well as.telling others.of my positive experience with the company.
