Top Quality Motorcycle U-Lock
Super beefy U-lock with just large enough gap to fit on the front wheel of my Ninja 400, providing extra security. It is dense, but not too heavy to carry on the go. The lock mechanism is smooth, but getting the key in the right position can be tricky with one hand.

Can X3 be cut with an angle grinder?
Unfortunately, all locks can be cut with the right tools and enough time. The exact time it takes depends on a number of factors like the power of the angle grinder, the type of discs used and the skill of the user. During our own and independent tests we found that X3 is at least 20 times more angle grinder resistant than the current leading d-lock as well as needing multiple discs and batteries to cut it.
How much does LITELOK X3 weigh?
LITELOK X3 weighs approximately 2.1kgs or 4.6lbs.
What's the difference between X3 Bike and X3 Moto?
There is no difference between the Bike and Moto versions. They are exactly the same locks. The reason why we differentiate them is to show how X3 can be used as an effective security device for all types of bicycles and motorcycles.
What's the difference between X1 and X3?
LITELOK X1 and X3 are both highly resistant to angle grinder cuts. This resistance comes from the layers of Barronium® that each lock features. X3 uses a greater amount of Barronium® meaning it has a higher resistance to angle grinder cuts than X1. X1 has at least 5 times the resistance to angle grinder cuts compared to the best selling d-locks whereas X3 has at least 20 times the resistance.
What is the locking circumference of LITELOK X3?
LITELOK X3 has a full-sized locking circumference of approximately 100 x 195mm.
Has LITELOK X3 been independently tested?
Yes, it has been thoroughly tested by Sold Secure and both locks achieve Sold Secure Powered Cycle and Pedal Cycle Diamond levels (the highest ratings available). It has also been tested by ART, and certified ART4.
(Note: Sold Secure is owned and administered by the Master Locksmiths Association (a not-for-profit trade association) and works from purpose built laboratories in the UK.
What is LITELOK X3 made from?
LITELOK X3 is built with Barronium®, our patented anti-angle grinder material that is applied as a permanently fused composite armor, providing maximum cut resistance and protection from angle grinder attacks. The Barronium® layer repels angle grinder discs.
The X range comprises of three layers of protection:
1. A fine-grain, hardened high-tensile steel core providing inner strength against multiple tool attacks
2. Barronium® anti-angle grinder armor, permanently fused to the core to repel angle grinder discs
3. A plant-based eco-rubber outer layer is soft to touch, so it won't damage your frame.

What is the warranty?
LITELOK X3 is sold with a 7-year warranty to provide peace of mind and covers mechanical or operational faults through normal usage. The warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear. It is important to register your lock and keys with us so that in the event that you lose your keys, replacements can be ordered.

The development of angle grinder resistant locks is a game changer, and, temporarily at least, gives motorbike owners a bit more confidence their bike will still be where they left it on their return!
I bought the LiteLok X3 moto just ahead of a trip through nine European countries, with an end point of Herculaneum, Pompeii & the Amalfi Coast in southern Italy. I was going to have to leave the bike unattended at various daytime locations and sometimes overnight too, so I needed a deterrent that was both effective and substantial. The LiteLok X3 fits well through the disc & wheel of my KTM Duke 690, and was in place at every stop whether brief or long. I thankfully had no problems and, having it on my wheel at every stop gave me peace of mind and a degree of confidence that I'd done what I could to deter thieves.

Bought the X3 after seeing so much bike theft happening and wanting to get a decent u-lock to hopefully deter these little rats.
After seeing many YouTube videos and reviews I settled on the X3.
It's a very well built lock and quite substantial so hopefully will keep the rats away.

Lock feels really well built and comes with a high quality padded pouch to transport it with you. The lock fits perfectly through the spokes of my H2 SX. The only issue I have, unlocking is stiff, I'm sure this will loosen the more I use it.

I use this on the rear wheel, with a Core Moto on the front wheel.
The X3 Moto is easy to use, it is relatively light and easy to store in the panniers or top box.
I added an orange spiral cable to remind me it is fitted.

There is no doubt this is a high quality lock that is very well made, my current bike is a 2024 Ducati Monster 937.. After parking my bike I always had this thing in my head, that it would be gone when I returned, so much so that I would rush my visit or cut my visit short just so I could get to my bike.. Now I have the Litelok X3 Moto, I park up, and don't look back, I walk away and enjoy wherever I am without a second thought about my bike security... Purchased the x3 for my 2002 r6 and it fits perfectly through the hub and both break disks like it was made to measure proper solid but if kit. I can now happily park my bike up and not have to worry about it as much as I did previously knowing thieves take one look and know instantly not to even bother trying

Having checking the dimensions time and time again I purchased the X3.I wanted the lock to go through both discs and wheel which it does with about 10mm spare.Full piece of mind as we tour all over Europe. Solid bit of kit with a handy bag(pouch) keeping it from banging about in pannier. Had a small wait for it but now having used it can see why there in demand
