Lock Cylinder
X1 Mini Moto features a high-quality lock cylinder which is durable and pick-resistant. The keyhole is protected from dirt, dust and moisture with our innovative self-sealing silicone keyhole cover.
Reflective Strips
All X1 locks are finished with Quartz White or Arctic Camo retro-reflective vinyl strips along the lock shackle and on the X's at each end. The reflective strips flash in headlights to keep you safe and seen.

Tested against the best-selling U-locks on the market, LITELOK X1 Mini is at least 5 times more resistant to angle grinder cuts than the best-selling unarmored U-locks. Additionally, X1 Mini requires multiple discs to cut and due to its anti-rotation system, needs to be cut twice to remove.

Barronium® is a fused composite armour that offers unparalleled angle grinder resistance without adding extra weight. It is a super hard ceramic composite material that repels angle grinder attacks and turns the grinder's energy and force in on itself. Continuous cutting wears down the grinder discs, batteries and ultimately the grinder motor itself.

Can X1 MINI be cut with an angle grinder?
Unfortunately, all locks can be cut with the right tools and enough time. The exact time it takes depends on a number of factors like the power of the angle grinder, the type of discs used and the skill of the user. During our own and independent tests we found that X1 MINI is at least 5 times more angle grinder resistant than the current leading U-lock as well as needing multiple discs to cut it.

What's the difference between X1 MINI and X1 MINI Moto?
There is no difference between the Bike and Moto versions of X1 MINI. They are exactly the same locks. The reason why we differentiate them is to show how X1 MINI can be used as an effective security device for a variety of bicycles and motorcycles.
What is the locking circumference of LITELOK X1 MINI?
LITELOK X1 has a full-sized locking circumference of approximately 99.5mm x 137mm.
Can I attach LITELOK X1 MINI to my bike?
LITELOK X1 MINI is compatible with our innovative X1 MINI Tactical mount for mounting the lock on your bike frame. The X1 MINI Tactical Mount fits a wide variety of bikes and e-bikes ensuring your LITELOK X1 MINI is held securely even the roughest of terrain.
X1 MINI is also compatible with the Restrap Holster.
Both of these carrying solutions are sold separately.
Has LITELOK X1 MINI been independently tested?
Yes, it has been thoroughly tested by independent testing bodies Sold Secure and ART. Both locks achieve Sold Secure Powered Cycle and Bicycle Diamond levels (the highest ratings available) and ART4.
(Note: Sold Secure is owned and administered by the Master Locksmiths Association (a not-for-profit trade association) and works from purpose built laboratories in the UK.
What is LITELOK X1 MINI made from?
LITELOK X1 MINI is built with Barronium®, a patented anti-angle grinder material that is applied as a permanently fused composite armour, providing maximum cut resistance and protection from angle grinder attacks. The Barronium® layer repels angle grinder discs.
The X range comprises of three layers of protection:
1. A fine-grain, hardened high-tensile steel core providing inner strength against multiple tool attacks
2. Barronium® anti-angle grinder armour, permanently fused to the core to repel angle grinder discs
3. A plant-based eco-rubber outer layer is soft to touch, so it won't damage your frame.

Our founder and CEO, Professor Neil Barron, supported by Innovate UK, worked closely with some of the world’s leading material scientists for over 5 years to develop Barronium®, our ground breaking angle grinder resistant technology.
What is the warranty?
LITELOK X1 MINI is sold with a 3 year warranty to provide peace of mind and covers mechanical or operational faults through normal usage. The warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear. It is important to register your lock and keys with us so that in the event that you lose your keys, replacements can be ordered.

I bought this Litelok x1 Mini to give me both portable and at home security. Extremely well made and with an easy to use key (other locks I have a fiddly) and a rubber coating so it doesn't damage your bike. I use this one on my Royal Enfield Hunter and it fits snugly around the front wheel. The size and weight make this lock easy to carry when I'm out and about and give me piece of mind. Just a disc lock no longer cuts it (if you'll excuse the pun) as thieves simple cut through the brake disc. Highly recommend lock.

I've owned 4 or 5 Litelok products over the years, several at the crowdfunding stages, one of the latest Motos and now this little one. I've not yet been dissuaded to keep supporting the company and their vision... The size advantage is offset by the size limits..., I'd say.

I already own the Litelok X3, which has seriously impressed me, so I had high expectations for the Litelok Mini. Happy to say it absolutely delivers.
I bought the Mini specifically to secure the front wheel of my BMW R1250GS and to give me the option of threading a chain through and locking multiple bikes together. It’s the perfect size for that. Compact enough to carry easily, but still feels incredibly solid and well engineered.
Build quality is excellent, just like the X3. It locks smoothly, feels tough, and gives real peace of mind when leaving the bike. What I really like is how versatile it is. On its own, it’s ideal for quick stops, but combined with a chain it becomes part of a much more serious security setup.
If you already trust Litelok, this is a no-brainer addition. If you don’t, this will quickly win you over. Proper bit of kit.

After lots of research, reading great reviews, watching videos, and measuring, I decided the Litelok X1 Mini was the right choice for me to keep my Aprillia SXR 50 safe while I’m out and about and at home from those who think what I work for is theirs to take. I was pleased to find, once ordered and fast safe delivery, an extremely solid, quality made lock, exactly what you’d expect is suitable to put on a motorcycle and was the perfect size for my moped, fitting snugly through the front disc and spoke, or the rear wheel, it doesn’t fit over the rim or tyre at any angle, which I’m not worried about as going through the wheel makes it harder for the grinder wielding thieves to get to. Overall I’m extremely pleased with my purchase, worth every penny with it being the new bike thief deterrent.

One of the problems I’ve had previously with the Litelok X1 was that there wasn’t sufficient space under the pillion seat of a couple of my sports bikes to store the lock. With the new, compact Litelok X1 Mini Moto, that issue is now a thing of the past.
