Tell us a little about yourself?

I’m an 18-year-old rider and content creator (@urbikerqueen) with a deep passion for motorbikes. Growing up, I was always drawn to the thrill of two wheels, inspired by childhood rides with my uncle. At 17, I started riding, and it quickly became more than just a hobby—it’s my escape, my freedom, and my connection to the world around me.

How and when did you get into riding?

I got into riding at 17, during a time when I needed something to spark joy and excitement in my life. Motorbikes became that for me, offering a sense of adventure and peace that I hadn’t found anywhere else. It’s been a journey of growth, independence, and pure passion ever since.

What are the best and worst things about riding?

The best thing about riding is the sense of community—it’s amazing how bikers support and look out for each other, whether you’re at a meet or on the road. The worst part is how vulnerable we are. Losing fellow bikers is devastating, and theft remains an ongoing challenge for many of us.

Tell us about your most memorable ride to date?

Rather than one standout ride, it’s the smaller moments that mean the most. I love riding solo, discovering new places, or just sitting on my bike watching the sunset. These quiet, personal moments define what riding means to me—freedom, peace, and exploration.

What’s the best piece of riding advice you’ve ever been given?

“Ride your own ride.” Take your time to learn, go at your own pace, and never compare yourself to others. Always dress for the slide, not the ride. And if group rides feel overwhelming, it’s okay to ride solo until you feel ready—it’s all about enjoying the journey safely.

How do you keep your bikes secure at home and on the go?

After trying multiple locks and never feeling fully secure, I switched to the Litelok X1 on the recommendation of my boyfriend (@0000s_r7) . Now, I combine it with a bike cover and alarm, and it gives me peace of mind. The build quality and simplicity of the Litelok make it an essential part of my bike security setup.

Share your best tips to help others keep their bikes safe?

  • Invest in a top-tier lock like the Litelok X1 or X3—they’re worth every penny for the quality and security.
  • Add a tracker and alarm for extra protection.
  • Always lock your bike, even if you’re stepping away for just a moment.
  • Use a bike cover to deter thieves and keep your bike hidden when not in use.

When someone asks what kit you recommend, you say?

  • Knox Action Pro Body Armour Ladies Shirt (great under any jacket or hoodie).
  • Alpinestars Banshee Ladies Leggings for protection and comfort.
  • Alpinestars SMX-2 Air Carbon V2 Ladies Gloves for lightweight safety and grip.
  • Shark D-Skwal 3 - Mayfer Helmet for stylish and reliable protection.
  • Alpinestars Ladies Boots and Jacket for durability and weather resistance.

What’s on your riding bucket list?

To explore as many new places as possible on two wheels. It’s less about ticking off specific destinations and more about embracing the adventures and freedom that come with every ride.
