I live in San Francisco, Ca, USA and it might just be the capital of bike thefts (or a close second the NYC). I hope to never find out how great the locks are, but the process of buying the locks was easy and great. I also feel a bit more secure knowing that with multiple locks, thieves might just look for more opportune targets. Compared to other options in this class, this was the best deal.

Firstly, these are the best bike locks for higher-end bikes. It gives me the peace of mind to park my bike almost everywhere.
Second, the CS team is excellent. I messaged them about a slight issue, and they responded promptly, helping to resolve my problem.

It was quite an investment to purchase this bundle. I went back and forth between the X3 alone or the X1 + Core Plus and decided the two lock would work better for me.
I’m not often in very risky places with my e-bike but I’m sure I’d feel a lot better knowing these lock are going to make it much harder for anyone to pull any shady business! Great products!
