Yes, it’s pricey and heavy, but the outstanding quality and peace of mind knowing that it’s one of the best deterrents available against bike thieves is worth it in my opinion. It would be helpful if it was a bit longer.

Seeing how easily other "high security" locks can be overcome and what resistance the X1 offers to a potential thief, it was an easy decision. The locks have an impressive appearance – hopefully word gets out among perpetrators, that there are easier targets so that they won't even try. Yes, they are heavy, attaching the bike to a fixed point is very size-restricted, and the frame mount does not fit on my bike, but I would readily buy the bundle again!

These locks are not the cheapest but the reviews where their resistance to attack is proven convinced me of their value. The item is weighty but well covered so not to damage paint and there is a genuine top quality feel to it. Comes with a nice pouch too. I hope they will never be needed but I’m seeing the lock as an investment.

Very strong easily transported lock which is almost grinder proof so purchased two for a double deterrent and protection when my motorcycle is parked on the street or especially whenever I'm on a trip so is an excellent deterrent for anyone wishing to take my motorcycle without permission.
