Amazing bit of kit much lighter than chain and padlock to carry about in panniers,and rolls up which is a bonus as takes up less room,bought 2 so can lock both mine and mates bikes together when we touring.

Great for locking my two bikes together in the garage. Much better than the chair previously used. I will also be adding the X1 or X3 for added security.

I ordered two so I could daisy chain rather than carrying one long heavy lock about all the time.
But found they don't fit very well around wire spoked wheels, the angles and positions to get through the spokes reduces its effective length over the same length of chain so I'd have been better getting a longer narrower lock.
They also don't fit through my ground anchor so I'll need to purchase something like the X1 to replace the chain I use.
The securing straps are hard work, they can't be cinched down tight due to the buckles and are a faff in dry gloves, never mind when it's raining. Just as you get wrapped, the strap uncoils while you faff with the stupid buckle.
I replaced them straight away with simple hd hook and loop straps that can be used with one hand and with gloves on, I can coil the lock and secure it tightly wrapped now in seconds.
For popping into town, there is no excuse for not carrying one or even two of these. They are compact and lightweight and highly visible, especially if they have to attack two separate securing points, they will likely move on to the next bike.
If you park where it's possible to carry the bike off, definitely take two and secure to something solid.
I chose these over the core Moto as I didn't want to have the bulk and weight, but with hindsight the Core would probably be better with spoked wheels. Although I found a creative way to use one up front where it can't be removed if the front spindle is removed.

Used this alongside an X1 to cycle length of Wales recently. Useful lock and I think Litelock are missing a trick here. It’s lightweight, can lock several bikes together, can lock frame to front wheel and handle the slack space, fits round your waist easily just by locking and also fitted on both my panniers. The neoprene also helps avoid scratches which is nice. Was also cheaper than equivalent cycle lock that was too short to fit my waist, so a winner all round. Should be in the cycle options too as a solid non ulock option

I like the look and feel of the lock - very light and usable but obviously have not tested the destructability of the strap and lock. One problem that could easily be resolved in manufacture is the size of the hole on the key for a key ring. It is too small for the key ring I use for my motorcycle keys - it will go on the key ring but cannot move freely on the ring so very awkward to use.
